A beautiful gravestone, located in cemetery in Rye, East Sussex in England. The grave has the inscription on the East Side "In Loving Memory of EMMA the devoted wife of JESSE LOUIS DEACON who died 16th March 1929 "Here we have no continuing city, but we seek one to come" HEBREWS XIII:14 There shall we meet and rest with the holy and the blessed." On the south side "Also Alderman JESSE LOUIS DEACON J.P.C.C, Four times mayor of Rye Died 19th March 1932, Life's Task Well Done, Life's race well Won, Then comes rest"
